Unleash yourselves and be free with our Afro-Fit class by learning the basic steps in African Dance and working out to the beat.

Afro Fit is a full-body, high-intensity cardio workout and dance in Afro beats that blast your core, improve overall muscle tone. This group, 1-hour class is a great starting point for those who want to tone and strengthen their body. It is also suitable for all levels and can be customized according to your current fitness level and requirements.

African dance, popularly known as “Afro,” refers mainly to the dance of Sub-Saharan Africa, and more appropriately, African dances because of the many cultural differences in musical and movement styles. In this 1.5-hour choreography session, you’ll learn the basic steps of Afro-beats and learn from some of the best Afro dance instructors.

Private sessions are the most recommended for beginners as we focus on style or techniques to meet your scheduling needs, and also set your choreography to highlight your strengths. Private sessions offer a safe discreet environment where you can ask questions you may not want to ask in front of a large group.
