Questions
What should I expect from an Afrofit class?
Bring movement and wellbeing into workplaces with experiences designed to energize and connect teams.
Do I need to be a dancer or fit to join?
Not at all — Afrofit classes are designed for every fitness and experience level. Whether it's your first time moving to Afrobeats or you've danced for years, our instructors guide you through each move so you can go at your own pace.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable, breathable activewear and supportive sneakers or trainers. Bring a small towel and a water bottle — sessions get energetic, and staying hydrated is key.
Can I join a class for the first time?
Absolutely! First-timers are always welcome. Just arrive 10–15 minutes early so our team can help you get settled, and let your instructor know it's your first session — they'll make sure you feel comfortable from the start.
How do I book a class?
Simply browse our class schedule on the Classes page, pick a session that fits your day, and hit "Book Your Spot." You'll receive a confirmation with all the details you need before you arrive.
